We reserve the right to request proof of age before processing your order. If we suspect that an order has been placed by a minor, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK mainland using our trusted courier service. We aim to process and deliver all orders within five working days from the date of purchase. However, during busy periods such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

For special delivery requests, including urgent shipments or bulk orders, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT, postage, and packaging unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees, and the total cost of your order will be clearly shown before checkout.

Confirmation of order

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a digital receipt. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with your product once you have received it, please contact our customer service contacts below. Should you receive an order that is damaged we can refund the amount in full to your credit card, or arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
